Probate, Estate and Trust Administration Consultation

After the death of an individual, there are steps that must be taken to settle the affairs of the deceased, and handle the disposition of their assets. The laws governing the administration of probate estates and trusts provide a mechanism to ensure that these steps are performed properly.

A substantial part of our practice is devoted to representing personal representatives (executors), trustees and beneficiaries in conducting the administration of probate and trust matters, including those handled through the courts.
