Robert J. Kelly, P.A.


Robert J. Kelly, Esq., has been a practicing attorney in the Tampa Bay area of Florida, for over forty years. He received his law degree from Stetson University College of Law, and has been a member of the Florida Bar since November, 1977. He is the senior attorney for Kelly & Kelly, LLP, a law firm practicing in Dunedin, Florida, focusing on Wills, Trusts and Estate Planning, Probate and Trust Administration, Real Property Law, and Business Entity creation. 




Rob has extensive experience in drafting Wills, Trusts, Durable Powers of Attorney, Living Wills/Advance Directives, Deeds and other instruments of conveyance of property, real estate contracts and development agreements, and business entity documentation. He has represented real property developers, participating in land acquisition, governmental and regulatory approvals, marketing and sale. He has also represented major lenders in commercial lending transactions, and has handled complex real estate and business transactions including working with real estate brokers, title agents, developers, builders and investors, and providing title insurance. Rob’s litigation experience includes mortgage foreclosures, real property actions, construction lien lawsuits, probate and trust litigation, and business disputes. 




Rob is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar, and provides counsel to civic and charitable organizations. He has lectured at the Florida Bar Real Property Certification Seminar, the Hernando County Board of Realtors, Pasco Hernando Community College, various seminars on Estate Planning and End of Life issues, and has appeared as a guest on the FLA-LAW TV show and Spirit FM Radio station.

Sean P. Kelly, P.A.

Sean P. Kelly, Esq., received his law degree with High Honors from the University of Florida College of Law in 1999, after earning his Bachelor of Arts with Honors from the University of Florida in 1993. He has been a member of the Florida Bar since 1999, and has practiced in the Tampa Bay area for over twenty years. 


Sean has extensive experience in both residential and commercial real estate transactional matters, including acquisition and sale transactions, title transfers, residential and commercial leasing, title insurance and real estate financing. His other practice areas include estate planning, probate and trust administration, and formation and documentation of business entities. Sean is a member of the Real Property, Probate and Trust Law section of the Florida Bar.


Prior to starting his practice with Kelly & Kelly, LLP in Dunedin, Florida, Sean was an associate attorney with the law firm of Piper, Marbury, Rudnick and Wolfe, LLP, practicing in the commercial real estate department of its Tampa office from 1999 to 2002.
